You are invited to attend the M-ASA Orientation Session on September 19, 2026, at 9:00 AM.
The session will be approximately two hours and will be held at the M-ASA clubhouse:
154 Pecher Road
Fairfield, PA
The Orientation Session is an important introduction to M-ASA and the sport of soaring. We have found that both applicants and new members benefit greatly from attending. The presentation will cover:
The sport of soaring and what makes it unique
M-ASA’s history, organization, and culture
Club rules, procedures, and expectations
What to expect when joining the Club and beginning training
The responsibilities and expectations of members
Flying operations, scheduling, and day-to-day club activities
What the Club and our instructors require from members
The goal is to give you a clear understanding of what it means to be an M-ASA member and how to get the most out of your experience with the Club.
