W73 is a privately owned, public-use airport, and we are pleased to support safe and respectful aeronautical use of the airport.
As an active soaring operation, W73 has specific access and operating rules to protect safety and ensure orderly airport operations. While the airport is open for public aeronautical use, ground access to airport property, vehicle movement, aircraft staging, and related ground activities must occur only in designated areas and in accordance with airport rules, posted signs, and airport management direction.
Normal arrivals and departures by air, transient aircraft use, passenger pickup and drop-off, emergency and public-safety operations, and other activities authorized by airport management are permitted when conducted safely and in the proper areas.
Bringing any aircraft, aircraft component, trailer, vehicle, support vehicle, or equipment onto airport property for unloading, staging, assembly, parking, storage, maintenance, fueling, launching, recovery, disassembly, loading, or operation is prohibited unless specifically authorized in writing by airport management and conducted in accordance with any conditions imposed by airport management.
Use of airport property is subject to airport rules and airport management direction at all times.
